IRAQ. South of Kirkuk. Kurdistan. Miriam Bag village checkpoint Arab Iraqis from the Tikrit and Mosul provinces are trying to escape from Isis. Each family had to pay 1000 dollars to ISIS to leave. Also they say that when they were fleeing ISIS killed some of them.
The peshmerga don't allow them to enter Kirkuk due to security reasons but instead relocate them in Arab villages controlled by the peshmerga in the area.
