France. Paris. Montreuil flea market. Old car use restricted in Paris. Cars and commercial vehicles on the road since before 1997, and motorcycles and scooters first sold before June 1999 are no longer allowed to circulate in Paris Monday through Friday between 8am and 8pm. The ecological benefits of these changes are questionable, while the economic and pleasure costs are considerable.
At the end of the day, employee Marco's van (background left) is loaded with unsold DVD's. Marco is hoping that the Montreuil flea market association will succeed in persuading the Paris mayor to make an exception for them. Here's he's with a fellow flea market dealer in a pink shirt. 2016
