SOUTH KOREA. Pusan. 1997. Pusan is an attrative port city surrounded by hills. Auctions begin at the city's fish market at 6:00 A.M. High-quality, reasonably priced mackerel sells well and is considered a good buy. The most popular winter fish is Alaskan pollock. Other marine products are also traded here. Not far from here is an areas called Chagalchi, where fish can be bought at reasonable prices and some shops will cook and serve the fish. Food stalls are opened at night, offering another enjoyable way to eat and drink.
