SCOTLAND. 2011. Kayla Lindquist and an American Bald Eagle, Ballindalloch Castle, Ballindalloch, Moray. This castle has been the family home of the Russell and Macpherson-Grant families since its construction in 1546. It houses an important collection of 17th-century Spanish paintings and its dining room is said to be haunted by a "green lady" ghost. Other prior residents include author Captain W.E. Johns; one of his non-Biggles books, Where The Golden Eagle Soars (1960), is thought to have been written on the grounds.
