GREECE. 2006. People line up every morning outside the ministry of justice to try to be let in to talk to an official to get their Green cards. Only a few get in every morning. Often unscrupulous lawyers hang around these lines to try to get hired for larger sums than most people can afford to take on their case and supposedly get help within the system.
