HAITI. Petit Riviere, Artibonite Province. November 6, 2010. Flooding near the village of Petit Riviere, in the epicenter of the worse cholera outbreak to hit Haiti in the past 50 years. Stagnant rain waters brought by tropical storm Tomas are feared to help spread the disease that has already killed over 400 people in the Artibonite region of central Haiti.
