HAITI. Port-Au-Prince. 2010. Haitian workers rest by their trucks loaded with food aid for hours while waiting for the 82nd Airborne to decide whether they will provide security. Eventually they decided to provide an escort, but as soon as they saw the crowd at the National Stadium they abandoned the effort, leaving 700 Haitians in a desperate panic.
