USA. Arizona. Palm Ridge Rec Centre. Exercise. In Arizona it is recorded that 90% of senior citizens pursue exercise regularly. Fitness is being given to people in their 50s, 60s, 70s, and even 80s who, for the most part, never exercised in their lives. Now they won't miss a day.
