He was appalled by the chaos and violence but even more so by the total disregard by the city government. He decided to activate the people to join him in making demands to the city assistance. Their efforts became successful and they continue to petition. He works nights so he can work with the people. His house attracts crowds. Now they are collecting data to get help for injured persons. A family with an in-home store look out on their world through steel bars.
