In this church the ceremony consists of a little cart decorated with greenery and bearing a new born lamb, is drawn into the church by a ram and accompanied by local shepherds.The procession is headed by angels and fife and drum players while the congregation sing old Provencal songs.The lamb is offered to the church and the cart stands to one side in the aisle throughout the year.
