France. Paris. Contempory Jewish Center of Documentation. A memorial to victims of the Shoah will open it's doors to the public in Paris the 27th of January 2005, this date also marks the 60th anniversary of the liberation of the Auschwitz concentration camp. Leading up to the Memorial is a wall with the names of the 76000 Jews deported from France between 1942 and 1944 engraved upon it.
