JAPAN. Kawamata. January 9th, 2012.
Tadashi YOSHIDA, 80-year-old Shinto priest at the Kasuga shrine in Kawamata town (30km west from the damaged nuclear plant), gave us a welcome with the following words:
"The government, newspaper of general circulation drives us to drown in a sea of numbers, but it is hard to grasp for and leaves us in blind ignorance about the danger.
To understand this invisible thing that is radioactive contamination, we need to visualize it".
Mr. YOSHIDA used to study geology at Tohoku University and now seeks to visualize by using his colored pencils the informations for sharing with the visitors of the Kasuga shrine.
