MEXICO. Ciudad Juarez. March 3, 2009.
S.M.E.F.O (Servicio de medicos forense) in Ciudad Juarez. A forensic scientist explain the new technic of tissues rehydratation that allow to identify dodies dead since years.
Since one year the project inter-disciplinary of identification of human remainders has permitted to identify nameless bodies.
The government is hoping new scientific methods will help identify so many of the nameless dead in what is becoming a crisis of major proportions.
Many of those bodies are still in the morgue. They have not been identified, nobody has claimed them. Many of their families don't even know they have died."
