Petrus, a 69 year old former farmer and miner, now finds himself reduced to living in a tin hut, the former servant's quarters at the back of a white house. He lives in this hut, without electricity or running water, together with a lady of similar age. He depends for food on the charity of the nearby Metropolitan Evangelical Church. 2004
